ALLNET GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. With the following notes we inform you about the processing of your personal data by ALLNET GmbH and inform you about your rights according to the data protection law.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. 2. Legal basis and purposes of data processing
We process your personal data in compliance with the EU-DSGVO, the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), as well as all other relevant laws.


Principles
Your data will be processed in accordance with the principles DSGVO, Art. 5. For you, this means that lawful, transparent and purposeful processing takes place, the scope of the data is limited to the minimum necessary and incorrect or outdated data is changed or deleted immediately after becoming known.


Data processing within the group of companies
Divisions of our group of companies perform certain data processing tasks centrally for the companies affiliated in the group. Your data may be processed centrally within the Group for purposes such as central administration of address data, telephone customer service, contract and service processing, collection and disbursement, or joint mail processing.


External service providers

Duration of data storage
We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes.
