Interfaz de acceso Multi-GE
El ancho de banda de enlace ascendente de los AP WLAN ha aumentado de 2,5 Gbps en 802.11ac a 5 Gbps o 10 Gbps. El acceso gigabit tradicional no puede satisfacer los requisitos de ancho de banda de enlace ascendente de los AP. Los switches Multi-GE de Emplus los puertos soportan 100M*/1/2.5Gbps incluso 5G/10Gbps (serie SMX) auto-sensing, cumpliendo con los requisitos de ancho de banda de los APs inalámbricos de alta velocidad en la era Wi-Fi 6. En respuesta al estándar Wi-Fi de próxima generación (Wi-Fi 7), la familia de conmutadores Multi-GE de Emplus con funciones Wi-Fi 7 estará disponible próximamente.
Puertos de conmutación Multi-GE con autonegociación de velocidades de 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 2,5 Gbps y 5 Gbps en el cable Cat5e existente, y hasta velocidades de 10 Gbps en el cableado Cat6a más reciente (tabla inferior).

Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)

Loop protection

Mejora el rendimiento de la red mediante el filtrado de multidifusión, en lugar de inundar el tráfico en todos los puertos.
Link aggregation
Agrupa varios puertos hasta un máximo de ocho (8) puertos por troncal de forma automática mediante el protocolo de control de agregación de enlaces (LACP).
